I’m Alice Diamond, founder and formulator of Liquid~Moon Skincare. I have always loved skin and healthy, natural skincare. The spark for creating Liquid~Moon Skincare came from my travels in Morocco and my search for pure argan oil. Argan has been used for thousands of years by Moroccan women and is credited for their luminous skin and hair. Argan trees are native only to Morocco where they manage to thrive in extreme heat and unrelenting sun and wind. The oil from the tree’s nuts is light and delicate yet powerful in its ability to nourish the skin and lock in moisture while protecting it from sun, wind and heat.

I was excited to find pure argan oil at the source, however much of what I found was very disappointing: not pure, not cosmetic grade, and often rancid. After much searching and researching I finally found true, pure argan oil and when I put it on my skin it was divine- nothing like what I had bought back home in the Unites States.

There is a huge difference in efficacy between refined and unrefined oils and butters. So I set out to create luxurious skincare that actually provides the numerous benefits of pure, organic, unrefined, unadulterated sustainably sourced ingredients. The gifts and benefits of nature are abundant but they rarely exist in mass produced products.
